Affinity support services is a disability service provider that is NDIS registered. We are a small family run business with over 18 years of experience in the disability and community sector.

We have a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with 10 years of experience and all other staff hold relevant checks.

Our aim is to deliver indivdualised support to our clients, it's never a one-size-fits-all solution when you are at affinity support services.

 

We provide support with in-home care, Activities of daily living (ADL's) supported independent living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (STA), companionship, social activities and transportation.

 

Affinity Support Services is based in the North-West of Melbourne. We service Melton, Hume, Brimbank, Gisborne, Hobson Bay & Wyndham.
